Do I need a PayPal account to buy from this website?

No; once you have accepted your order, you can enter your credit or debit card details and payment will be processed via the PayPal system.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed by 10.00pm Monday-Friday for ex-stock items will be delivered the following working day. A range of delivery options are available.

Can I collect from your depot?

Yes, we have recently introduced a "Click & Collect" service which enables you to order online and collect the following working day from our Alfreton depot. There is no carriage charge payable if this delivery option is selected.

Damage/Lost in transit/Non-Delivery/late Delivery

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods promptly on arrival. Any claims for damage, non-delivery, loss in transit or late delivery must be made within 4 days of the delivery date. When signing for your delivery, it is your responsibility to check that the number of items being delivered corresponds with the number of items stated on the delivery note. If not, the note should be amended accordingly before signature. If the delivery is being delivered later than specified, it is your responsibility to write the time of receipt on the delivery note. If there is any apparent damage to the parcel, it is your responsibility to annotate the consignment note accordingly
